Getting from the airport into the city

You can take an Uber / Taxi or public bus from the airport into Civic (the city centre). The uber or taxi will be around $30, the bus is around $4. There's also a few car hire places at the airport.


Getting around

Transport Canberra has a journey planner, and you can pay on public transport with your Mastercard or Visa. More info about the network is here.


Otherwise, you can rent a car. Most hire places are either at the airport or in Fyshwick.
